Decoding Yoga Retreats
We have been greatly empowered as creators and users of modern technology. But this empowerment is at a price of life becoming too mechanical, stressed and fast paced. Our enthusiasm to explore and to know is often limited to google searches. An average 18 year old uses technology anywhere between 11 to 18 hours a day. We have become less empathetic and less compassionate to each other. Face to face human connection is missing. At experiential level exploring nature takes a backseat. The joy of majestic snowcapped Himalayas, the flow of river Ganga, feel of sand beneath our feet, the beauty, warmth and peace of tropical beach, the distant horizon, fluffy white clouds, gentle breeze moving the leaves of trees is deeply missing.
For those on the path of self discovery and those seeking physical, mental , and spiritual well being we host many interesting retreats, workshops and events at places full of peace, tranquility and natural splendor. Yoga, pranayama, meditation, laughter, festive dancing, singing and spiritual games are the main attraction of such sojourns. The participants get a golden opportunity to cleanse, refresh and lighten up, detox body, release stress and renew energy levels. It is said that a healthy lifestyle is the key to living a good life. We encourage our participants to adopt sattvik and disciplined lifestyle. We serve organic vegetarian food and also ensure that the food served constitutes a well-balanced diet while also pleasing our taste buds.
